What's the difference between an analysis and a tailor?
An analysis is the keyword-match report — which skills the employer is looking for, which are already in your CV, and any ATS formatting issues. Instant match and ATS check are free; the full AI analysis requires an account. Tailoringgoes further: it reads your CV and the job description together, then surfaces the experience you already have — reframed in the terms this employer uses. It also generates role-specific interview questions drawn from the gaps in your profile. That's the paid feature.
Are annual plans billed monthly?
No — billed as a single payment. Your usage allowance refreshes at the start of each calendar month, so you get 12 full monthly allowances over the year.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. No questions asked.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're only charged the prorated difference for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period. Stripe handles the proration.
I ran out mid-month — what now?
Buy the £19 one-off bundle as a top-up, or upgrade to Pro. Your subscription allowance resets automatically at the start of each calendar month.
Do unused allowances roll over?
Monthly and annual subscription allowances reset each calendar month and don't roll over. The one-off bundle is the exception: it never expires.
Refunds?
Because the rewrite is digital content delivered instantly, the 14-day cancellation right ends once you start using it. See our Terms for detail.
